Fee Only

An advisor should give advice that is objective and which requires an effort to minimize or avoid conflicts-of-interest. Fox, Joss & Yankee, LLC believes that objectivity is impaired if the advisor's compensation depends on his or her recommendations. Therefore, we do not receive commissions, referral fees, bonuses, awards, or non-monetary benefits based on the financial planning or investment recommendations we provide. Our only compensation is the fees agreed upon with our clients. Our clients can be comforted that as fee-only advisors, our recommendations are solely in their best interest and are not designed to generate additional compensation. Our active involvement in the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) is further evidence of our commitment to comprehensive, fee-only advice in a fiduciary capacity for our clients.
