We are taking a short break from our regular blog this week to bring attention to the Food Pantry at Reston Interfaith.
“When families in our community are struggling to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads, Reston Interfaith’s emergency services helps them regain stability and self-sufficiency. We offer a wide array of services that both address immediate concerns such as food, rent, and utilities, and help clients plan for the future.”
Reston Interfaith distributes food, toiletries, and other necessities to residents of Reston on a daily basis. This summer, the Food Pantry is at an all time low on supplies. Will you join us by purchasing a couple of additional items on your next trip to the grocery store? Click here for a full list of items most needed by the Pantry, or see our Facebook event where you can also invite your friends to join in. For your convenience we have several drop off locations around the Reston and Tysons area and will be collecting from July 22 – August 2.
