On a Personal Note
I am happily married for twenty-five years to Kristen, whom I met while we were studying at the University of Richmond. We have lived in Hawaii and Arizona, and have traveled together to Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Bermuda, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland, and England. Our daughter Jordan is a very good student, loves to play soccer, and enjoys anything that allows her to be near the water. She is a student at Colgate University and attempting to determine on what she wants to focus her studies. Our son Ryan spends his non-school time focusing on his dream of playing professional soccer. He has found some success, with numerous trips to Europe thus far, and multiple invitations to US Soccer National Training and scouting events. He has committed to an offer to play Division 1 soccer at Elon University in North Carolina in the fall of 2021. While I enjoy coaching and have attained my US Soccer National Youth License, I have put any coaching career on hold until my kids are finished playing. Our free time finds us attending events related to travel soccer and, if we have additional time, we enjoy hanging out at our home in Ashburn with our teen-aged black lab, named Chance.
